airboat.jpgTwo airboats in Miami, Florida collided and injured five people. Miami Dade Fire Rescue used helicopters to search the area for those who were injured. One of the men fell into the propeller of one of the boats during the accident causing his leg to be severed. Fellow passengers used a make shift tourniquet with clothing and wrapped it around his leg to prevent the man from bleeding to death. These actions are what are credited with saving this man's life.
