Four Year Old and His Grandmother Struck by Car in Hollywood Florida
A six (6) year old boy and his grandmother were struck by a car while the child was being walked to school. Both the boy and his grandmother were seriously injured as a result of the car accident and taken to the hospital for treatment.
According to witnesses the vehicle that struck the pair was moving at a low rate of speed at the time of impact and that the grandmother was not paying attention when she crossed the street with her grandchild. Accordingly, the driver of the vehicle will not be charged.
